Our MeatCrisp kitten food is a dry food specially designed for the needs of kittens and growing cats. We recommend feeding our kitten food until the kitten is one year old and then switching directly to the adult food.

Neutering a cat is also associated with a change in hormones, which is why your cat's metabolism changes and can lead to obesity. Being overweight can lead to serious secondary diseases, which is why regular weight monitoring is advisable. If your cat tends to be overweight or needs to lose weight, regardless of the cause, it is usually not enough simply to reduce the amount of food they eat — as you will also be reducing important nutrients. A lower-calorie food such as MeatCrisp Sterilised is suitable for this.

Fresh meat has a higher nutritional content, a higher biological value, and a higher protein digestibility compared to meat and bone meals, which are usually used in conventional cat food. Furthermore, meat and bone meal do not contain the nutritious flavour carrier fat and nutrient-rich meat juices, which are present in fresh meat. This is due to the effect of high temperatures during the production of meat and bone meal. This negative effect is exacerbated in conventional feed production, as the extrusion process most commonly used involves high temperatures combined with high pressure.

MeatCrisp, on the other hand, is prepared using a fresh meat dryer. This is the first time that it has been possible to prepare a complete dry food for cats from fresh meat. The extraordinary thing about the fresh meat dryer is that it preserves the natural micronutrients and amino acids of the fresh meat. This is because the fresh meat dryer crisps the fresh meat with other ingredients that are important for cat health at a low temperature and with circulating air. The slow and even drying process preserves the natural flavour of the meat as well as the right nutritional composition for your cat's health. MeatCrisp is therefore extremely tasty for your cat — even without attractants.

Taurine is an essential amino acid for cats. This means that the cat cannot produce this amino acid itself and must take it in with the food. The amount of taurine contained in MeatCrisp meets the needs of a healthy cat.

You will be informed about the exact number of parcels in the email text of your invoice. As a general rule, we send shipments up to a net weight of approx. 28 kg in one parcel. Heavier orders are divided into several parcels. For example, if you order 30 kg of dry food, you will receive two parcels of 15 kg each. Due to different parcel delivery times, it can happen in individual cases that the parcels are delivered on different days.

In exceptional cases it can happen that the goods are damaged during the shippment. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us by phone on our service number so that we can discuss how to proceed.

Please do not dispose the damaged items until you have received feedback from us.

Our delivery policy is 3 to 5 working days. However our couriers tend to deliver within the first 2 or 3 days.
